Allenamento is Italian for training and coaching because I believe that we’re never too old to learn and develop. I want to create a safe environment where we look at your situation and navigate towards new perspectives together.

Together we will discover how you can stay true to yourself. Such a journey of discovery requires a personalised approach, which, as an independent therapist, I am perfectly positioned to offer.

Yvonne is a therapist with a lot of experience, a big heart and a sharp eye. She moves through complex (family) situations with respect for young and old and quickly notices where attention is needed. She has the ability to put adults and children at ease with humor and an ‘anything is possible, nothing is crazy’ attitude, creating space to take steps.

My name is Yvonne Hansen and I have worked as a family therapist for over 23 years. In 2014 I founded Yvoor and a little later Allenamento came into being. Over the years, I have specialised in divorce, complex relationships and personal coaching and treatment.

For me, Allenamento is a path back to myself and my passions. A path that, just like the name of the business, is rooted in Italy. Italy is a country that I have fallen in love with. The amazing food, the dramatic landscape, and not least the temperament of its passionate people and culture. This passion inspired me to return to my passion for working with people, exploring underlying patterns, being curious about others, and creating a real connection.
