Will my treatment be reimbursed through my health insurance?

I work as an independent therapist without contracts with health insurers which means your sessions will not be reimbursed. However, the first 60 minutes of advice are free after which I charge a reasonable fee.

Is there a waiting list for treatment?

I work as an independent therapist without contracts with health insurers which means that there are no waiting lists and no restrictions to the number of session or duration of our work together.

Do I need a referral from my Family Doctor (GP)?

I work as an independent therapist without contracts with health insurers which means you do not need a referral from your family doctor (GP).

How many sessions will I need?

Since no one situation is the same, I do not work with standard packages but rather offer a personalised plan where I implent a variety of services and expertise.

After you register with Allenamento you will be invited to an intake interview. Based on the intake, my experience and your situation I will create a proposal for our work together that is tailored to your specific needs.

What is the cost of a session/treatment?

The first hour (intake) is free!

Individual conversation: 75 euro per hour

Family session: 80 euros per hour

For trainings, workshops and other services- on request

No VAT costs!
