Services

My work at Allenamento is all about you, which is why I work as an independent therapist without contracts with health insurers.

This means that:

You can book sessions at times that are convenient for you

You do not have to navigate complex bureaucracy

Quality is paramount

You can chose face-to-face or online sessions

You are not limited in the number or frequency of your sessions

You will enjoy complete privacy

You are always seen by the same therapist

There are no waiting lists

You do not need a referral from your family doctor

Personalised support for individuals, couples or families

Since no one situation is the same, I do not work with standard packages but rather offer a personalised plan where I implement a variety of services and expertise.

Sometimes we encounter situations that we cannot change, but we do have a choice how we respond to and handle them, whether it’s current circumstances or experiences from the past. We all poses an innate power with which we can influence the course of our lives.

At Allenamento I can help you as a person, couple or family to manage your circumstances and adjust your narrative in a positive way. I will create a safe environment where we look at your situation together and I can help you navigate towards new perspectives.

Together we will discover your core values and how you can stay true to yourself. Such a journey of discovery requires a personalised approach, which, as an independent therapist, I am perfectly positioned to offer.

After registering with Allenamento you will be invited to an intake interview where you can share exactly what you are looking for and what your expectations and goals are.

Based on the intake, my experience and your situation I will create a proposal for our work together that is tailored to your specific needs.

Book your intake today to discuss what we can do together, the first 60 minutes are free.

"We experienced you as a sincere and open person, who does not hesitate to be critical and sometimes held up a mirror to us. Exactly what we needed and what we learned the most from."

Divorce Mediation

The decision to divorce may very well be one of the hardest choices you’ll make in your life. Once you have decided you want to divorce your world turns upside down. Although you would rather retreat and give yourself some time and space to let the dust settle, you are pulled in every direction because there are a million things that you now need to take care of. Child care (a parenting plan is mandatory in a divorce), the sale of your home, distribution of property, the list goes on. In short, a divorce is complex and requires a lot from everyone involved. Coming to an agreement isn’t always easy, especially if trust has been broken or the communications are strained. It can be useful to have a neutral and unbiased party to provide guidance in this process.

Together we will create a future-proof agreement about all the things you two have to organise. If you have children, we will also write a parenting plan that includes custody, holidays, and financial contributions (alimentation/child support).

Since the custody questions are complex and children are sometimes used as a bargaining chip in conflict, I chose to include an external expert to help with the financial agreements. Those agreements will then be added to the overall parenting plan that we have drafted.

What does the mediation process look like?

  • First we will have an intake interview to get to know each other and get a clear understanding of both your needs. Within that conversation there will be ample opportunity to ask your questions.
  • The average duration of the mediation process is three to six sessions.
  • The mediation process will be tailored exactly to your best interests and needs.
  • Additional sessions are always available.
  • You can request face-to-face or online sessions

Allenamento offers a variety of specialties and methodologies to be able to offer you a personal development plan. Below is an overview of the possibilities.

EFT Couples Therapy

People who love each other can be especially hurtful to each other and deliver stronger emotional punches. This often happens because we are afraid of losing the other person and we don’t know how else to respond. It can also be the case that feelings of mutual respect and appreciation are lacking or lost. Every relationship had to deal with ups and downs. It’s all about how you rise to the challenge and how you shape your connection to each other.

EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy) couples therapy explores the underlying emotions, patterns and how they affect you. The therapy will support you to be open and honest about your feelings, even when they are painful. You will get to know yourself and your partner in a much deeper way.

At Allenamento I will guide you together or individually to strengthen and improve your relationship. Couples therapy is always tailored to your needs and specific circumstances. EFT couples therapy will help you become closer and create a stronger emotional bond and mutual understanding.

Therapy isn’t always a guarantee for success. Research shows that EFT couples therapy turns out very well for most people (75%). Should you not be amongst those, I can also support you both, as you navigate a break up or divorce.
